Minimum requirements: Height: 5'8" or taller for bride/mother models. 6'1" or taller for grooms/father models.
Age: 4-8 years old for children; 18 years or older for brides & grooms. No visible tattoos that could be seen wearing various wedding attire.

This form is not to be used by agencies. Only independent models. No agency fees will be paid.
All models featured on Today's Bride stages model are required to model exclusively for Today's Bride shows (and no other bridal shows in Northeast Ohio).
