In August of 1989, inspired by their own recent marriage, Jim and Denise Frericks founded Jadlyn Incorporated publisher and producer of Today's Bride Magazine & Shows. And NOW in 2011 Jadlyn Incorporated/Today's Bride is proud to celebrate 22 YEARS in the wedding industry and is widely considered the “bridal authority" in the Northeast Ohio area.
Today's Bride Magazine is an annual publication with 2 editions: Cleveland and Akron/Canton. Today’s Bride is in a jumbo 9 ½ x 12” format with a modern layout and design that guides readers to the local advertisers including a detailed wedding planner. Today’s Bride has a comprehensive distribution which includes free copies to engaged couples via the advertisers' retail locations, bridal shows, direct mail and available for sale on our website todaysbride.com.
Today's Bride shows is recognized as this areas most experienced and respected bridal show producer in Northeast Ohio - with nearly 7000 brides and over 500 businesses attend annually . Our company now produces six shows per year in April, July, October and January.
Today's Bride revolutionized publishing by being one of the first wedding web sites in the nation in the early 90’s and was nationally recognized as a leader in the market. Today, www.todaysbride.com averages over 35,000 unique visitors and more than 103,000 page views per month. For a Northeast Ohio bridal/wedding niche market, these numbers are huge and attribute to the overall success of the magazine and bridal shows.

Co-owner of Today’s Bride with wife, Denise, since inception - 1989
Graduated Circleville High School in 1981; Bowling Green State University in 1985; Fatherhood in 1994 & ‘96
Passions include: my girls & their sporting events, golf, our business, low-intensity exercise, vacations, driving with the top down (the roof of course)
Favorite TV shows now: House, The Office, American Pickers, most HBO mini-series, Survivor

Jennifer Judy Fyffe
Jennifer Judy Fyffe (J.J.) joined Today’s Bride in 1994, progressing from Account Executive to her current position as Vice President of Shows and Internet Operations. She served two terms on the Board of Directors for Bridal Show Producers International (BSPI). JJ holds a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University “a true Redskin fan” and an M.B.A from the University of Akron. Around bridal show time, you may see her Kickin’ it with Kenny on Fox 8.
A native Barbertonian, JJ discovered “What I once hated as a kid, I now love. Barberton chicken.” She is happily married to Scotsman Matt and they reside in Sharon Twp. If you’re crazy enough to wake up at 5:00am, join her at RP Fitness Club where she teaches Spinning & MuscleFlex boot camps. She believes the benefits of exercise help balance work and family, and contribute to her success. “I truly believe that a sound body creates a sound mind, which in turn will lead to sound business
decisions.” Her perfect R&R weekend would consist of a long run at Sand Run, shopping with the girls, and fine dining with couples (and a martini with blue cheese wasabi olives).

Jeff Soper
Jeff Soper has been the Art Director for Today's Bride since 2002. A graduate of Walsh University, he possesses more than 10 years of experience in publishing and graphic design.
Before joining Today's Bride, he spent several years in the the newspaper industry, as both a journalist and graphic artist.
Away from the design world, Jeff has found time to write, record and perform with a plethora of musical acts over the years, and has shared the stage with such legendary artists as Wreckless Eric and Mitch Easter.
He has most recently worked with several New Orleans-based outfits, Fractals and Comic Alphabet; as well as independent rock bands The Same Things, Bad Trouble and the Electric Cords.
He is married and currently resides in Akron, Oh.

Colleen Ahern
After being a client of Today’s Bride, in February of 2007 Colleen took on the newly created position of Bridal Marketing Assistant and before we knew it she was promoted to Office Manager. She is the first cheery voice clients hear when they call in and committed to tracking down advertisements and bridal show needs. Colleen has over 25 years of Customer Service experience and 18 years Administrative experience making her very tuned in to both client and company
needs. Married with 2 children, Colleen loves camping and getting together with friends and is very active in her local community, belonging to a number of civic organizations.

Rachel Yagl
Rachel joined the Today’s Bride family in October 2007 as a Bridal Marketing Account Manager. She have been is sales and marketing for over 15 years. “Yeah I know, I started when I was 7” Rachel jokes. “ My goal in this business is to focus on creating successful ad campaigns. We’ll talk. We’ll come up with ideas. We’ll create a plan. And with the help of the Today’s Bride team, we’ll reach brides.” Rachel said.
When asked about her home life she says “I love my husband Bob. He makes me laugh every day and reminds me that every day is exciting. I have the most adorable dog on the planet! He is a Bichon Frise named Toby Keith. My favorite thing in the world is to see my dog’s tail wag when I get home. He is always so excited to see me. How cute is that!” Rachel is a sucker for all animals, anything pink, yoga, karaoke and Johnny Depp movies. She adds, “Overall, I love my family, my dog and my job. I could
not ask for anything better.”

Sabrina Hall
Sabrina joined Today's Bride in September of 2008. She graduated from The University of Akron with a BFA in Graphic Design. Sabrina manages the website and helps with other graphic design related projects. You may see her running around the bridal shows snapping pictures of all the great displays.
Besides work her life revolves around her husband and family. She has a love for all things design and craft related. Some of her hobbies include knitting, sewing, photography and painting. Not to mention she is a cupcake fanatic!

Coconut
Woof! My name is Coconut and I have been with Today’s Bride for my entire life. I am a 5 year old Bichon/Lhasa Apso. My official title is Office Greeter on four paws. My job is to announce that you have arrived and I have to say, I am pretty good at what I do. I have also been seen in the pink van on deliveries. My hope is one day Jim may let me drive.
I do love attention and love to be pet. If you come and visit I can guarantee we will be fast friends. I am pretty sure everyone loves me, but hey, what’s not to love. I have a wonderful family of 4, with 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. I just adore them all! In my spare time my favorite activities are playing ball, getting my fur done, napping and hanging out with my buddy Mitchell the cat.
